This is DNO dependant. This depends on who your DNO is in your area. It can take between 3 to 12 weeks, but this is heavily dependent on your DNO.

We understand that once you have your new solar PV system installed you want to have to best tariff available on the market. At Light Renewables we advise to go with Octopus as we will feel they give the best and most competitive rates but of course this is down to your discretion.

Taking advantage of the cheap overnight tariff is one of the many perks of having a solar PV system. You can charge your battery up overnight with the cheap rates so
when the morning comes you should have no worries in doing what’s needed. We will send you a step by step guide on how to do this.

For domestic properties we aim to get your installation done with a day, maybe two days depending on how big the installation is.
Commercial properties take from anything from 3 to 5 days. This is again dependant on how big your system is.
